Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg for a nursing job in Brookline, Massachusetts.

The ideal candidates will have the following background: Current Massachusetts RN license required. Minimum of one year of inpatient RN experience required, preferably in a medical/surgical unit. Telemetry experience preferred. Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving, and conflict management skills required. Telemetry experience preferred. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, preferred. Demonstrated clinical competence and experience as required by the specific job posting. Minimum of one year of medical/surgical nursing experience required. Training, Certifications and/or Registrations: CPR Training required within first 3 months of employment. Evidence of continued education and professional development. Certification or advanced training in specialty area preferred. Telemetry training required within the first year of employment. This unit just opened in May, focusing on innovation, and attention to quality and safety for our patients, visitors, and staff. The Registered Nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. The registered nurse provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursingprocess (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Oversees other assigned team members and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide population specific care in accordance with the BORN regulations and professional standards of care.
