Purpose:
To explore factors affecting the sense of belonging among operating room nurses with 9 months to 2 years of experience.
Eligibility:
- Registered Nurses in perioperative ORs in the U.S.
- Providing direct patient care, working ≥24 hours/week.
- Employed at current job for 9-24 months.
Activities:
Participants will complete a demographic survey and a 30-60 minute audio-recorded Zoom interview, earning a $30 Amazon gift card.
